Sarah was trained at Prue Leith's School of Food & Wine as soon as she left school. From ski seasons, to travelling around the world experiencing some amazing cuisines to being lucky enough to live in South Africa and working in a beautiful tented camp in the bush. To have had the opportunity to sample so many diverse cuisines has been a privilege. On returning to the UK, she set up her own business as a Freelance Caterer and Consultant.

Development of a Calculator to aid in menu planning and costing for catering companies.
Sarah moved to Brittany, France in 2012 and bought a gite complex and ran it as a business with the catering running along side it.
She is now based near Carcassonne creating gourmet meals for her clients.
